Today was probably one of the best days I have had in a long time. I'm not sure why, just that I know that things are getting better. I've got friends who are so awesome.
Rochelle and I went to play tennis today. I absolutely love tennis. I'm so going out for the team next season. It's so much fun playing w/ Rochelle, because we compliment each other all the time, even when we suck!
After playing tennis, we went back to her house to go out to lunch w/ Melissa who was at Marching Band Camp. We can't seem to let go of color guard. It's pathetic, but it was fun watching them.
We went to the mall for lunch, and I got an orange julius. Melissa went back to band camp and we shopped for a while. I'm turning into somewhat of a prep. We went into American Eagle and Aeropostale, stores that I would normally never go into. But you know what? I actually care about what I look like, and I want to look pretty. Since I've lost about 20 pounds, I am able to fit into a lot smaller clothes, like mediums! I'm used to getting the x-larges. After we shopped for clothes, we called Sookie (Rochelle's Aunt) to come w/ us to get a facial and a makeover. It was so fun. We both looked sooo pretty (especially Rochelle).
After that we went to band camp to watch color guard for a while. I don't miss it, but I like to watch. Tomorrow's the band potluck (which me and Rochelle are going to crash).

We're leaving on Tuesday for Branson, MO. I'm rather indifferent toward the entire thing, but there's nothing I can do, except get some driving hours in. I'm planning to take my driver's test when I come back from Branson. *crosses fingers* I hope I do alright. I get better all the time. :)

Today, I got up and went shopping w/ my mom for some clothes for senior pics. I found some good stuff. I specifically had to look for long sleeved, earth tone things, since I'm doing my session in the Garden of the Gods. *squee* I'm getting my hair and make up done at the mall that morning, and I'm going to look awesome!
We're leaving for Branson on Tuesday, and I don't really want to go, but oh well. I hope I have some fun at least.
Nothing else is really happening. I need to call Red Cross to see about volunteer oppurtunities, and sometime in August I'm going to play at a nursing home, so I'm excited about that. The songs I have picked out so far are:

I'll get some more later. I'm so excited though. My teacher will come to do some songs w/ me, which is awesome. I have to sit in on a Clavinova Connection session. It's a music therapy/stress reducer thing. Well. That's about it. :)

Finally! School's out, I'm so happy. I can finally concentrate on other things. I plan to pick up my guitar and get so much better on it. I hope to play my piano like there's no tomorrow!
So today was such a long day, even though it was only a half a day. I was so excited when I got to school, because I went to see my German teacher, and found out I'm president, or co-president, of German Club. WOOT! That made me so happy, and I'm still ecstatic about it. I hope that I can do a good job of running German club. I'm sure I can.
Well. I'm just glad that summer is finally here. That rocks my socks off! Hope everyone HAKAS! (has a kick ass summer!)

Only a half of a day left of school. WOOT! That rocks the socks off of my feet.
Frau Szilard, my Deutsch tutor, came over today, and my German has improved SO much! I absolutely love our sessions together. I heart everything German. :)
I'm a little scared for my chem final tomorrow, only due to the fact that I haven't studied. Whoops. Oh well. It's just school. I know school's important, but experiencing life is WAY better! I love life!!!
I hope I can volunteer with the Red Cross this summer. That would lift my spirits, because I absolutely LOVE volunteer work. I'm going to join Key Club, which specializes in volunteer work, next year. I want to give so much back to God and to other people. I want to show people that life is so beautiful.
So, yeah, right now I'm listening to 90's music. Suweet. :)

Hallelujah! School's almost out, I'm so happy. I took my German final today, and boy, was I glad that I studied. It was a ton of vocab. I heart German though. Speaking of which...
My tutor, Ute, is coming over tomorrow, which makes me excited. I absolutely love her teaching, because she is so good at it! I'm learning so much. I'm excited to be in AP German IV next year and to be skipping this German III thing all together. I submitted my application for German Club Officer last week, but I probably won't know if I made it for a while.
I had a piano lesson today. I'm starting to really suck at piano, and it's starting to really make me mad. I need to get my lazy ass off the couch and practice. I love it, I really do, but I just can't seem to bring myself to practice.
Ugh. Nothing much else happened today, but I need to go study for my math final.

Ugh. Stupid computer had to break down. It sucks!!! I'm here at the library trying to do some home work. I had to do some things for my Humanities Folder, but instead of saving it, I had to send it to my dad's email so he can print it off at work. It's so complicated.
Spring Break is finally here. YAY!!! I slept in this morning and it was so wonderful. I'll probably just go home tonight and do homework though, which sucks. You'd think teachers would be nice, but nope. Not at my school anyways.
Well, my time is about to run out. So I better go.

oh man. where to start? i have been so freakin busy lately it's not even funny. spring break could not have come at a better time. i can finally stop and breathe.
color guard is really lame. i'm not doing any color guard next year, and i'm fine w/ it. i'm sure i'll probably miss it, but oh well. what can you do? i have a stupid competition tomorrow though, that's going to suck. we're really bad, and it's not any fun anymore.
i might get to go swing dancing on sunday night, so i'm really excited about that. i've never been swing dancing before. woo hoo! ;)
school seemed to be never-ending this week. today was probably the worst. in ap euro we had to write a yucky dbq (document based question) and then in english i had to write an essay, which we didn't have to turn in so basically there was no point. the only good thing about the school day was that we got to watch bend it like beckham in creative writing. i think that movie is so funny. chemistry sucked too, and it was snowing really hard when i got out of school. it's quit now.
well. wish me luck for tomorrow. it's going to be a long day.

Ugh. Today and yesterday were so crappy. The only good things were my academic letter (oooh soo pretty) and my 97 percent on the Ap Euro chapter quiz. I've had a stuffy nose and I think I'm coming down with like the flu or something. It better go away before next Wed. cuz that's when I'm going to South Carolina to visit Meg. WOO HOO!!!! also, i'm going to visit Charleston Southern University. Very exciting. I'm going to be so tired. My color guard coach is probably pissed that I'm leaving for two practices. Oh well. I bust my but from 6-9 tues and thurs and whenever she wants me on Saturday. I'm ready for a little R+R and some partaying! ;)

Today was my dad's promotion. It was really cool. We went to the chapel for the ceremony and then had a luncheon following it. My dad gave me a really pretty watch for the occasion. After the ceremony there was a recieving line that I had to be in. I thought my arm was going to fall off! :) My dad looks really happy though, so that makes me happy. My grandparents and uncle are here right now. Apparently, according to my uncle I look like a narcoleptic (sp). I don't care, because I really am tired.
I'm so sick of everybody asking me if I'm excited about things. I am far from it. Not excited about my English essay, not excited about my color guard uniform either. Oh well. There's nothing I can do about it. I have a piano lesson tonight. *squee*

Oh man. 48 holds must be a record. But that's okay, cuz I have some good stuff like Mosignor Renard, and a bunch of kiddy books I haven't read in a while. (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh, etc.) Library's awesome.
One more day of school. Bring on the 3 day weekend. Dad's getting promoted to major (more $, woo hoo!) I have color guard on Saturday. Might go see Robin Hood too. I have a piano lesson on Friday, and another one on Monday. It's going to be weird and cool at the same time.

It started out like any other. Slept in today. Hallelujah! Didn't do anything. (I LOVE days like that)
It's been snowing a lot this weekend. I love the snow. I love snowdays more. :) The snow started last night when I was coming back from a color guard competition. The competition was at Columbine High School, and at first I was kind of curious as to what it would be like, considering what happened there. When I started to walk up I got this somewhat feeling of dread, but once inside, I discovered that it was just a normal high school. No signs of the trauma that occured there. The competition itself was good. I enjoyed watching Oracle and Signature. They're world class guards. I preferred Oracle to Signature though, because Oracle's music. (Beethoven's 7th)
When I got home on Friday I got a letter from my school saying that I got an "Academic Letter". I was ecstatic, because I'm not really all that smart, but okay. I'll take an academic letter when I can get one.
Nothing else really happened this weekend. At least not that I can think of.

Ugh! I don't want to go to school tomorrow. Finally finished this stupid English essay and of course the printer isn't working. Oh well. That's life I guess.
This weekend was pretty fun. Hung out w/ Rochelle and Brady on Friday. It was a lot of fun. We watched White Chicks and then did some Kareoke. It made me laugh. Me and Rochelle are so good at doing Kareoke. Too bad that it's not a sport. After that we went to Wal-mart and fooled around. Wal-mart is a fun plae to be. We ended the evening w/ a trip to the park, but it was freakin freezing out because it was nighttime. I haven't played in the park forever.
Saturday I had to do some Winter guard stuff. It was kind of like a competition, but we weren't judged. Anyways, we did pretty good, and the ride home was fun. We listened to oldies and sung our hearts out. Oldies rock!
Yesterday, I did nothing and today I cleaned and went to a piano lesson. Piano rocks my socks. Whenever I touch the ivory keys, I feel every emotion and feeling that has ever been felt. I get to go to an open house tomorrow that is music therapy stress stuff, and I'm soooo excited, because I think that's what i want to do w/ my life is music therapy. Anyhow, I'm missing guard practice, so it better be good. :)

Ugh. First day back. I feel like I have a winter break hangover. Is this supposed to happen? Well anyways, it's snowing outside now, so maybe I won't have to go to school tomorrow. I doubt it.
I started to new classes today. Art 3 and Creative Writing. Art 3 is really stupid because it's combined w/ Art 4 and Art 1 so the older students are supposed to mentor the art 1 students. I'd rather just work on art than mentor. Creative writing is cool though. I already have two assignments. One was to write a two page autobiography in a journalistic style, but rather as a reporter. I guess that I am happy with mine. I think I shall post it too, just because it's an autobiography and it is my journal. I really just hope that it is a snow day tomorrow.

So, this year was pretty good. It was busy that's for sure. As good as it was, let me just say that I am glad that it is now over.
To start off the New Year, I did a little (or a LOT depending on how you look at it) spring cleaning. I practically gutted my room. I found something really interesting though. As I was rummaging through some old photos I noticed a couple of orbs in the photo. For those of you who don't know what an orb is, it is a ball of energy. One of the theories is that its a spirit, but I don't know. Still it's pretty cool. I love finding stuff like that.
School starts on Tuesday, and I really don't want to go back. I still have to do some more homework. Aack, and I have barely practiced my piano this week. Crap.

Man, this week has just sucked! I hate finals. *yawn* they are so boring, and everyone is really pissing me off. I hate how people are always acting like the world revolves around them. Well, I'm sorry but the sun is the center of the universe. Ugh, I have color guard practice tommorow and I really don't want to go because I'm just sick of people in general. Lately, I've noticed how like every girl I know is like boy crazy! God, it's annoying! I get to have a break next week when I go to my Grandma's. I hope I can go see some of the cemetaries around her house. I love cemetaries. They are so calm and beautiful and people aren't jerks, just dead. My piano recital sucked so bad, but I'm just going to have to work harder then. I AM GOING TO COLLEGE FOR PIANO AND NO ONE CAN STOP ME!!!! not even lack of talent. 2 more days of school. God save my soul.
